Back for 2023 for the best Poker Run yet – three networks, one weekend! PRKR MTN, Bethlehem Trails and Franconia Area-NEMBA invite you to spend the weekend with us, collecting chips from a total of nine spots over three networks.

New this year: Our Sunday Poker event will be indoors where everyone can warm up and enjoy a beverage. Each network will host a group ride over the course of the weekend and we’ve got some other things up our sleeves.

Sign up early! The first 75 registrations get our new beanie for 2023. Registrations after the first 75 will receive a hat from a past event (not dated).

What: Ride your fat bike to designated points at each network to collect poker chips. Join us Sunday for a gathering with prizes, beverages and more! (Don’t worry , you don’t need to know how to play poker). Bring your friends or join a group ride and make new friends!

Where: There will be three points at each network – Bethelehem Trails Association, FA NEMBA, PRKR MTN – with chips giving you a chance to collect up to 9 chips. Exact locations will be announced closer to the event. The weekend closes out in the heated “barn” at Iron Furnace Brewing on Sunday afternoon.

When: Weekend of February 18th & 19th. We will “play poker” at Iron Furnace Brewing the afternoon of Sunday the 19th. Event at Iron Furnace starts at 2pm, we will play poker around 3pm.

How: Your poker chips will be traded in for cards. Purchase extra cards by donation. Many prizes will be awarded – for the traditional poker hands and for some non-traditional to keep it fun for everyone. If you don’t know how to play poker, it’s okay, we will have cheat sheets for the best hands and we will also have some fun hands that have nothing to do with poker at all!

Why: Great prizes, three networks with groomed fat biking terrain, meet new like minded fat biking enthusiasts. All money raised at this fun and much anticipated event goes towards assisting with grooming costs at all three networks.

Rules: This is by the honor system

  1. Register – $40 for adults. Includes a beanie!

  2. Acknowledge Waiver

  3. 2/18-2/19 ride to 3 designated points at each of the 3 networks, collecting a poker chip at each one (for a total of 9 chips). (You don’t have to ride all three and you don’t have to collect all 9 chips). Trade your chips in for cards at Iron Furnace Brewing on Sunday starting at 2pm. If you can’t reach all the spots, additional cards can be purchased by donation.
