So two weekends ago we were dealing with 30″ of fresh snow and trying to groom everything for our first annual Fatbike Poker Ride. Thankfully the temps warmed enough on Saturday 2/18 for some compaction to occur. Sunday morning we were up early attempting to groom for our event. We even ran out and bought a classic 1972 Skidoo Olympic 302 to help with the effort.
Thankfully Mother Nature smiled upon us and the trails set up nicely for a great event. We had about 30 riders show up for the Poker Ride many had never ridden PRKR before. The result was big smiles and promises to come back for more. We raised over $800 to put towards constructing our parking area and a very large pump track! Want to get involved?
